Big Al’s BBQ & Catering’s truck is a great find at any festival, family reunion or corporate event. Our fully functional mobile kitchen enables us to provide a wide variety of catered foods not found on our restaurant menu, perfect for picnics, weddings and retreats. We also provide traditional catering services that don’t require our truck. Event catering requires a bit of notice, but getting started is as simple as using our contact form below. Once we have your basics, we will contact you for specific menus and guests information.
Big Al’s is permitted by the Wake County Health Department and can travel to any City, Town or County in North Carolina for one day at a time using this permit. Any event over one day requires a special TFE permit from County in which event is being held.
When catering or attending festivals, all set ups and logistics are handled by Elizabeth Carter so that the food and beverage flows smoothly and properly from the kitchen to the table so that correct serving temperatures and freshness are maintained for our customers.

Ask about our Pull Behind Grills and Smokers, we offer access to one of our cookers so that you can cook on-site.
